Gap between infill and perimeter after maintenance
Hello,
I hope you can help me, I have no clue what causes my problem.
I have a gab between the infill and the perimeter starting the second layer:
I bought this printer used and it printed quite well. I just had the issue that there was a gab between the inner and outer perimeter. I tried to clean the extruder and nozzle, changed the PTFE in the hotend but nothing helped. Then I got the hint to change the PTFE from the extruder to hotend and yes, the gab was gone.
Just I have now a gab between the infill and the perimeter with the same file which before worked. What can be the issue? I checked another material and not improved. What can be the problem?
Thanks for your help
RE: Gap between infill and perimeter after maintenance
What filament are you using?
Are you using the stock printer profile in PrusaSlicer?
Which firmware are you using and which PrusaSlicer version?
You can also look into the Infill/Overlap settings in the Print settings.
Print Settings -> Advanced -> Infill/Perimiters overlap (Expert). I have this usually changed to 20-25% depending on how bad it is.
