First Print - Bed leveling failed

So I try and print the nut that comes on the USB drive.

The temp on the bed and nozzle both heat up, can see the temp rise.

The motor tests three points, far right, mid and left. When it gets to the left, it stops and gives an error "Bed leveling failed. Try again?"

I am at wits end.. I cannot figure this out. I have ran tests, all tests pass. The print test looks like crap. Like the nozzle is close to the bed on the right, but as it travels to the left, it goes higher. the test print that runs the pla in a few lines, doesn't work well.

Please,  anyone?

Did it correctly complete the setup wizard?

Sorry for the really bad video.. First ever made. I will get better, sorry. Viewing angle was crazy because I rotated the phone.

Any help would greatly be appreciated.

I think your probe may be too high.  Lower it one to two clicks and recalibrate.  That is about the only thing I can think might do this.

@cwbullet I've done it multiple times to try and level of. I have set the thing to the max low level, still the same. Any idea where I can find instructions to kennel each corner individually? I think I saw something about that.

@customs302

The max low level is nozzle and pinda touching the bed at the same time.  Are you sure you have tried to lower the Pinda by loosening the screw.

I will try that. Would you happen to have a link to show how to do it? I can search but might be more accurate since you know more about this than I do. Sorry

Have you done a Layer One Calibration - and actually changed the z-offset/live-z value?  It looks like you are running the cal over and over and never adjusting it.

If Live-z is showing 0.000 then you are not making any adjustments.  If it is showing -2.000 and you can't reduce that value then the SPINDA is physically too high, and needs to be lowered.

Okay, did everything I could. Still the left side of the bed seems to be lower. This comes factory calibrated.. I laugh at that crap. I'll just send this back to them. Not worth the headache.

I have the calibration at -2.0, all it goes. The right side seems to sit right.. the left has a much larger gap. Never have an issue with my 2 resin printers. 🙁

You must have something off the square.

Okay, going to do a few things tonight. I just spent an hour looking at videos and reading stuff. I found a guy that I guess is part of this forum too, name is "robrobsworkshop" on youtube. Seems very promising. I will let everyone know tonight what I come across.

I am not sure, but with your results, it would seem that if the PINDA is either installed correctly, your X-axis is not square, or your bed is very warped.

@cwbullet

I bought it assembled from Prusa. I will do a few things mentioned in some videos and if that doesn't help, I will escalate.

Thanks for sticking by, Chuck! Sorry, new to filament printing. I had a few issues when I started to print with resin but that was just because I needed to learn how to use supports better. That out of the way, I wanted to take on a new type of system. I heard Prusa was one of the best out there so I decided to pick it over a few cheaper ones. Hope this helps!

It is one of the best.  No doubts, it is also the easiest to learn.  It is not "plug and play", but at least, it is not "plug and pray" like some of the other brands.
