First level calibration. Y level wobbly

Hello

I had to change the nozzle and since then I have problems getting a first level calibration properly done. It is by far not the first time I do a first level calibration but I am stuck. If you look at the picture you see that the extrusion seems to be wobbly and if I look at the "endplate" there are big gaps in the print. I of course tuned the 7 but for me it look like the stepper is off. I factory reset, wizarded and tried different filamend and print-plates. I simply cannot get it decent again. If you look at the y axes, it seems like the motor is not smoothly moving and that might screw up the extrusion?

Any thoughts?

Sometimes formulating the problem helps solving it. I am not sure what did the trick but:

  1. Exchanged the PTF tube in the extruder - the end looked somehow fuzzy
  2. opened up the door in the extruder and retightened it, so that the head of the screw is flat with the exterior
  3. Retightened the belt
  4. Tightened the brass ends of the tubes connecting the extruder with the motor

tadaaaaaaa - nice first layer calibration. I personally think that it was the beld and that the door was too tight or had something in there. The filament looked a bit gnawed on. Then again, maybe it was everything plus whatever... it works again.... happy to finally finish my print.
