First layer waves/curling - second layer extruder clicking
I have been printing for about two years but consider myself still a newbie. I just got a new Prusa Mini and recently my first layers look like little waves. some curl up enough that you can hear the nozzle drag across. I adjusted the live Adjust to about -1.205 and still I get those waves. I increased it but then the extruder starts clicking.
I mainly just print PLA.
My second issue is the extruder clicking on the second layer or various ones above. Not every layer, seems hit or miss. The roll of filament turns freely and is not tangled.

Waves means you are too close to the surface so the nozzle is pushing material at the sides. So you need to make the z less negative, so your -1.205 needs to go down, probably to just below -1.200 , but you fine adjust a bit at a time. By making it lower you are introducing back pressure into the hot end which stops filament exiting and gives you an extruder click.

This is after making adjustments to the live adjust. The pinda probe or the hotend was hitting the ripples causing the magnetic plate to shift.

No PETg, all PLA so far
