First layer from prusa slicer sliced stl not the same height as first layer calibration
I'm printing an STL created by prusa slicer but it's laying the first layer down far too high. Performing a first layer calibration in the firmware results in a perfect result. When I then go back and try printing the STL again, it's once again printing far to high off the build plate.
live adjust appears to have no effect while printing the STL. I can turn the dial 40+ rotations resulting in a huge live adjust number but it still prints too high.
Anyone have any thoughts?

Mystery solved.
I have been attempting to correct the print dimension scaling of my MINI (it's way off. A 60mm circle comes out as a 59.2mm circle) as per the instructions here. The resulting M92 gcode correction for my printer is M92 X100.36 Y100.29 Z100.20. This Z correction causes the first layer to hover above the surface. I'll have to come up with another way to correctly scale my Z height.

as far as I am aware, Live adjust Z only works on the first layer of a print. I guess the Mini may be different, but I have no experience with the mini.

Hey,
is there news on the topic? Beacause I have the same problem (without changing the M92-code) and I am very interested in a solution. 🙂
