Calibrate z problem.

The nozzle moves AWAY from the bed when bed leveling. This problem came out of nowhere. I have no idea how to solve this.

Best Answer by Olef:

Issue appears at the extreme left of the bed. That is when the extruder cable bundle is stretched the farthest. I suspect a broken MINDA cable. Chat with support and show them this video.

Faulty wire was the case. When pushing down the wires by hand while mesh bed leveling, 16/16 points are correctly measured. When PULLING the wire up, only 8/16 points were correctly measured.

I’m disappointed about the mini compared against the mk3. My mk3 has well over 3000 hours of printing and I have replaced 0 parts.

Disappointed? Why? You have just written the reason, why this is happening, although you don't know it. "mk3"... it's the third generation, so one would expect that not many flaws would be found = true. The mini is the 1st version, so I'd expect it to have issues and as time goes by, they will ge fixed, one by one.

The main issue I have is the watchdog resets. I know these sort of things will get fixed over time but until then I’m sitting with a ‘maybe-this-print-will-not-fail’ printer.

First version or third, I expect a fully functional product. Maybe I’m spoiled.
