$725 and prints worst than a Monoprice Mini
Totally not what I expected 😒

Thanks for the responses,
I was able to resolve the issue. The X axis pulley was loose. The pulley slipped right off when I removed the motor. Seems to be printing ok now.\
Thanks again

Ouch. Looks like my experiments with Hatchbox. With this printer so far, in our testing, it is strongly recommended you use Prusament. The quality is phenomenal when using Prusament (as you can see on our other posts here).
Are you using Prusament? If you are, contact Prusa Support. Not normal.

No I'm using filament from 3d Printing Canada and have zero issues with my other printers. Great filament.
I don't use Prusament as everything from Prusa has approximately 80% increase in price (Canadian) by the time you factor the exchange, shipping and duties (hence the title of this post).

How do the pre-generated gcode print looks?

Reminds me a bit of a mistake I did myself at the beginning: printing PLA with PETG settings.Â
But to be honest, that should not be, no matter which quality filament brand you're using.
As mentioned above, try some pre sliced models and have a look at them. Can't imagine that all settings are tuned well with this result.Â
Itâs better to give than to receive. Especially advice.
